[mrtg] Limit Traffic by TCP port

Hello List!

I too use MRTG to measure my traffic, so some from us may be had the same
problem
in the past!

I need to limit my bandwidth by TCP port Traffic, http and ftp-data use all
of my link.

Any body know a FREE solution for that, based on linux or FreeBSD?

I know and had use "shapercfg" for linux, but is only possible limit trafic
by routes (host ou network), not by TCP ports.

A like too informations about comercial solutions based in hardware box, I
dont´t know any one!
