Kannan,

There is not a "mrtg-dns-probe" script.

Cisco routers with newer versions of IOS can do lots of things like this 
using their RTR/SAA feature. The problem is that it is complicated to setup 
and there are presently no MRTG scripts available to query the results.

Someone could hack mrtg-ping-probe to time dns queries. Getting accurate 
millisecond timings would be the tricky part.
