What types of situations would you use this in?  I can't think of anything
where the max value would change that often, but then I've only applied mrtg
to the usual network mgmt situations:  traffic, temperature, memory, &c.  I
haven't really gotten that imaginative with it.

Plus it's Monday. ;)
