Support for this feature was added in the S and T trains of 12.0 - 12.0.10S
or 12.0.3T were the first versions supporting interface counters for ATM
sub-interfaces.

Mainline 12.0 does not support this feature, so there is nothing for
cfgmaker to monitor.  There are some PVC counters out there, which often map
to sub-interfaces, but I don't know the OID off the top of my head.
