[mrtg] Error Copying log file

Help,

I am trying to copy logs over to my new stats box and when I get to the 
data for my dialup users I am getting an error.

ERROR: Cannot update /home/mrtg/public_html/modem-stats/ras.xx.rrd with 
'998331570:70:70' illegal attempt to update using time 998331570 when last 
update time is 998333360 (minimum one second step)

What is this meaning??  Does RRD have problems reading the log?
