The time on the new system is not synched with the time on the old system.  
This is gotten reading all of the error message.

ERROR: Cannot update /home/mrtg/public_html/modem-stats/ras.xx.rrd with 
'998331570:70:70' illegal attempt to update using time 998331570 when last 
update time is 998333360 (minimum one second step)
