[mrtg] 95th percent

Can anyone explain to me how to get the 95 percentile to graph on the
html pages? I am running the most current version of mrtg (2.9.16). I
can't seem to figure it out and I know it is something really easy I am
overlooking. The instructions on seanadams.com/95 aren't very clear and
I can't even seem to get the patch to install. Thanks in advance.
