[mrtg] gauge/counter

OK. So I was asked to try to graph cpu load vs. ifoutoctets on a graph, 
and, not really
giving it much thought, said "A-OK!"

Now, though, I realized something - load is a gauge value whereas 
ifoutoctets is not.

is there still a way for me to do this? I am using rrdtool rather than rateup.
