[mrtg] Re: snmp port other than 161

Hi,

I have the similar experience. I have tried to reduce ha number of the
retires of  polling devices from the default 5 to 2 (in the documentation it
states:
 Target[somehost_Et0_0]: #Et0/0:public at somehost::2) but I didn't succeed.

If someone knows the solution and why it doesn't work, please inform me.
(I use the mrtg ver. 2.9.4 on the Linux).

Has somebody used MRTG-2.9.7 on snmp-port other than 161 successfully?
It looks like mrtg don't understand that config:
Target[somehost_Et0_0]: #Et0/0:public at somehost:9161::::2
