[mrtg] Re: mrtg locking

If you want to use the same cfg file, do a COPY to another folder first and
run the second MRTG on the new folder. The COPY command will work while the
file is in use usually. I use it to copy log files that are constantly
opened by the OS into another folder where I can process them on-the-fly.
