You'll get "sort of" a load balanced link. Cisco runs an algorithm on the
source and destination MAC addresses to determine which link it should take.
So if you have a lot of traffic to/from the same machines, you may not have
load balancing at all. The only thing you can tweak is whether to calulate
by source, destination, or both- default is both. I think this is getting a
bit off topic though.

It is my understanding that you get 200 Mbps but I never saw this kind
of traffic on our switches. I'm not so sure that you get a load balanced
link by the way (perhaps I should tweak some settings?).
