[mrtg] VLAN monitoring

I'm trying to monitor VLAN's on a cisco 6509, config maker recognises the 'interfaces' I do have to change the speed from 0 though.  When I run mrtg I don't get any errors but I don't get any data either?!?

Any ideas?  I have tried using SNMPv2 but to no avail.
