I have tried it both ways, still get the same error. Here is the error:

public at 192.
168.35.27
Works just fine from the command line doing a snmpwalk. Same error though
from the command line doing a snmpget.

you don't need the final .0 The instance in this case is "SITESERVER", or
.10.83.73.84.64.83.69.82.86.69.82
