Still dies. I put in
Target[SITESERVER]:1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.4.1.1.2.1.4.10.83.73.84.69.83.69.82.86.
69.82.0&1.
3.6.1.4.1.311.1.4.1.1.2.1.4.10.83.73.84.69.83.69.82.86.69.82.0:public at 192.16
8.35.27 .

I get a no such name error. But if I do a snmpwalk on
1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.4.1.1.2.1.4
it works. Sigh. Anyone have any more ideas? Thanks.

you need to use the full instance:

target[sqlinfo]:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.311.1.4.1.1.2.1.4.10.83.73.84.69.83.69.82.86.69.82&
..

The name of the service you are querying is SITESERVER. Would be nice if
mrtg had a way to encode these string for us...
