[mrtg] MRTG Error on Frame Relay Subinterface

MRTG is having trouble gathering statistics from a Frame Relay subinterface
on one of our Cisco 7576 routers. I confirmed that the SNMP index for this
subinterface (28) is correct. Any Hints on how I can resolve this issue?
Pertinent information included below:

MRTG is writing the following to the first line of the log file every time
it runs:
