[mrtg] MRTG stops updating

General Info:
I have successfully installed MRTG on a PC that's also running WhatsUp Gold,
this has enabled me to view the MRTG graphs within the notes section of WUG
via a web browser from any PC (two thumbs up from the boss).


The problem:
But after about a week PERL fails to execute, so I have to end the process
and execute it again (one thumb down from the boss).

Any help with this would be appreciated.

PC details:
WinNT 4.0 (with SP5)
ActivePerl Build 5.6.0.620
MRTG 2.9.4
