Everything looks fine...but Tobi changed the "run" directory to "bin" directory.

Hello all,

I have just downloaded 2.9.7 and am compiling it on a RH6.1 machine and I am
having problems.  When I type ./configure I get:

However it never makes a "run" directory.  Am I doing something wrong?
