[mrtg] operation status of a port

I am trying to display the operational status of all the ports on my Nortel
350 switches in a historical graph. Has anyone done that? I am not sure what
OIDs to use, since MRTG looks for a pair of MIBs. Can someone give me an
idea on where should I start with this?
