In my version of reference.txt it also talks about

     The Timezone is the standard Solaris timezone, ie Japan,

This means it should be possible to include

     Timezone[mytarget.1]: GMT+1

Note: I don't know (much) about solaris nor WinNT.  You'll have to try
and see if it works.


You also want to try:

Timezone[mytarget.1]: CET-1
Timezone[mytarget.1]: CET-1CEST
Timezone[mytarget.1]: CET-1CEST-2;M3.5.0/02:00:00,M10.5.0/03:00:00

These last three are (IIRC) valid on SCO unix and define the timezone
for Europe.  The 3rd is the complete entry, defining start and end of
the daylight saving time too.
