[mrtg] SNMP Error: Bad file descriptor

Hi,

trying to combine 2 cfg files into a single file so
that I can schedule and run it as a "nt-service".
 
Two cfg files run fine indivdually, but when combined
gives the error:

 
SNMP Error:
close: Bad file descriptor
