_ is the default target, the lines above change the size of all graphs
of all targets without specific ?size settings. (RTM)

I'm not sure if indexmaker honors the logformat flag. indexmaker has a
'rrdviewer' option which tells indexmaker how to access 14all (i.e. it
tells indexmaker how your web browser should access 14all). Just try it!
indexmaker has a man page and an online help.
