[mrtg] Modem availability and E-mailing-ÿHELP!

Hi everybody,
 Pls help me do the following,
1. I wanted to plot the modem availability  for Cisco AS-5800 ras.
2. Also the no of simultaneous users on the above RAS
3. Further how to configure to shoot an e-mail when threshold is
reached.
