copy that EXAMPLE.conf to somewhere as snmpd.conf, read the top to get an 
idea of how
to set it up correctly (unless you'd like me to supply an example), then 
run snmpd as:

/path/to/snmpd -c /path/to/snmpd.conf


let me know if you need more.
