You have to have to OID's for it to work.  Make your line:

Target[Serial_interface]:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.12.3&1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.12.3:public at myrouter

You may have to remove that leading . on your first OID as well.

Hi,

I use Mrtg from two years and it work very well.
These days i have a problem with an OID.
I want to monitor CRC errors on serial lines of Cisco router.
The OID is " .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.12.3" but if put this in a config file
i have an error.
The line in the  config file is:

Target[Serial_interface]: .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.2.2.1.1.12.3:public at myrouter

When mrtg work the error is this:

Scalar found where operator expected at (eval 26) line 1, at end of line
         (Missing operator before ?)
ERROR: Target[Serial_interface] eval warning: syntax error at (eval 26) 
line 1, near "12. $"

Can you help me??
