[mrtg] rateup and 95th percentile

Hello, 
Is there a way to incorporate a 95th percentile measurement into the rateup
logformat.  
Or possibly better a way to make rrdtool create the html pages with the
graphs every 5 minutes as it does with rateup.
I realize I will lose some of the speed gained by rrdtool by graph creation,
but I need the visual as well as the 95th percentile.
