Two ways.
1. Rename all the files to reflect the new IP
2. Edit the cfg file so that it points to the old IP
I got tired of doing this myself and now edit all cfg's to have human names
like <routername>-<port> example brlrtr-serial1-0
Its a pain once, but makes life easier later.
