[mrtg] threshold checking

Is anyone using the Thresh* config options to monitor the status of a
Frame Relay PVC. I want to configure MRTG to send an email to my pager if
it finds ifOperStatus down & ifAdminStatus up. Could anyone share an
example of there config with me to accomplish this?

>From what I read it appears possible. But I wanted to avoid reinventing
the wheel and figured someone has already done this and maybe  also
written a script to do such.
