Excuse if I'm a bit stupid, but as you have the numbers returned, then it
should be ok...mmmh wait a moment, maybe you mean that the replies are not
the numbers but the whole string
"enterprises.ucdavis.dskTable.dskEntry.dskPercent.3 = 12" and so it not
works ...

Nevermind, I have a few ideas left in my pocket :

I suggest you to NOT do the "LoadMIBs:
/usr/share/snmp/mibs/UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt".
Then, of course, change "dskPercent.1:public at localhost:::::2" in
"OID.1:public at localhost:::::2" , with OID=the exact OID for dskPercent
(should be something like .1.3.6.1.4.1....(private MIB). Just find it in the
UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt....

Ah, and just because I'm really kind, I did it for you... :
OID=.1.3.6.1.4.1.2021.9.1.9
