With regards to the flashing boxes, this is solved by using the "wperl.exe"
to execute the MRTG script and not the standard "perl.exe", also, the latest
MRTG version has extra options to stop this.

There you will see a link to my page (the sixth one down) which I store a
Daemon made for Windows users.

Just remember to remove the 'Runasdaemon' parameter in your script.
