[mrtg] Mrtg and machine performace...

Hellow Guys,

My linux only run MRTG.
How many mrtg process I can run in this machine: Pentium III 550MHZ Cache size: 512KB Ram: 64MB ??
I run the mrtg with Daemon options. It increase or not my machine performace???
If I change my RAM for 256MB help my cpu to work?? (my cpu is working  in 96% every time)
