Below is the stats for a 64k cct that has 3 NT systems on, one is the MRTG
host, one is a NMS system (running WhatsUp Gold) and the last is a ISDN
backup monitor.

As you can see all three systems only use on average 1k inbound and 2.4k
outbound.

 Max  In: 6408.0 b/s (10.0%)   
Average  In: 1064.0 b/s (1.7%)   
Current  In: 1032.0 b/s (1.6%)  

Max  Out: 13.0 kb/s (20.7%)   
Average  Out: 2392.0 b/s (3.7%)   
Current  Out: 1856.0 b/s (2.9%)  

I also use the link for TFTPing to remote routers.
