Could it be that you are polling the router each 5 minutes (or even
more often) and only the switch each 10 minutes?
Things seem to go wrong above 50mbps. Using the default of 5 minutes
frequent errors are seen when traffic reaches 114mbps and this has been
discussed often on the list. Now, if you extend the interval from 5 to
10 minutes, the error will occur above 57mbps as in both cases the amount
of bits measured will be 2^32.
300secs at 114mbps is the same amount of bytes as 600secs at 57mbps.
