Yes, this is problem with subinterfaces.
I have this problem on CISCO 12000 with IOS 12.0.17S.
I've tried snmpget on this interface with SNMP V1 and V2c:

snmpget -v 2c router.cz public ifOutOctets.9
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifOutOctets.9 = No Such Instance currently exists
snmpget router.cz public ifOutOctets.9
Error in packet
Reason: (noSuchName) There is no such variable name in this MIB.
This name doesn't exist: interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifOutOctets.9

But strange is, that on other CISCO 12000 with IOS 12.0.15S I have some problem,
but WARNING messages are not here.

Yes, I've seen too, but with another error messages...
