I had the same problem, it seems to occur most frequently when the OID you
poll either has changed (i.e. reboot), or doesn't exist anymore (i.e. new
IOS version bug with subifs).

One thing to check is do a snmpwalk around the (sometimes previously
working) target OIDs, and see if you get sane numeric values, an error, or
nothing.

I've seen that with both SNMP V1 and V2c.

BTW, check if the graphs are getting _updated_, I doubt it...
