[mrtg] ".cfg" file

Hi everybody,

I´m running MRTG (2.8.12) in a linux box (Red Hat Release 6.2).
I have about 1600 targets divided in 10 ".cfg"s , running as daemons.
As I add more targets in the configurations files (".cfg"s)  I sometimes
have a interesting problem,
the last target (of the cfg file) simply does not run (the log files are not
atualized normally as they should).
I have no idea about what may be causing this problem, so if somebody has
had this problem please let me know what should I do to fix it.
