[mrtg] MRTG FOR DUMMIES UPDATED

Thanks for the recent updates to MRTG for us NT Users.  It is very nice.  I
have updated the stale MRTG for Dummies website using the current version of
MRTG and Perl.  I also have included high quality PNG Graphics and broken
the website to several pages to improve loading.  Please give it a look and
let me know if I made a typo anywhere.  Thanks Everyone!
