[mrtg] MIB info

I will really appreciate if some one can help me with the following 
questions, as I am new to MRTG and SNMP.

1	Cisco web link gives a big list of supported MIBs in routers and switches. 
Can we configure any MIB to work with MRTG?
2	How to relate the MIB CISCO-FRAME-RELAY-MIB.my to its corresponding number 
like 1.3.6.1.2.1.10.32.2. Is this necessary or there is no need for it.
3	How can I use config maker to get information about desired MIB? If not 
then what’s the manual way.
