Hello,
I have recently discovered that our Corebuilders use this @ "trick" to
access the cards in it. We have a Corebuilder9000, and a 3500.
I'm not able to answer your question, however I have one for you ;-)
For our Switchs (not corebuilder cards), there are entries in the MIB very
useful for us: they are located in the Mib2/dot1dBridge
(.1.3.6.1.2.1.17...). For example, one entry is a table of all the MAC
adress for which the switch has forwarding or filtering packets:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.17.4.3.1.1
What I very need is the same information for the cards of our Corebuilder.
This doesn't work with 'community' (the whole dot1dBridge is empty). So,
when I discovered the @ "trick", I thought "Great! this is it!" and...no it
doesn't work with 'community at slot1.1' ....
So, is anybody here know how to access this part of the MIB ?
Thanks a lot !!!
