[mrtg] Once a day only graph

I have a set a values that change only once a day for a shipping
company.  I want to graphy the number of daily orders and daily
packages.  Has anyone attempted to graph values that change so
infrequently?  If so, what the the mrtg.cfg look like?  Can I simply
change the Interval to the number of seconds per day, and run at
midnight?  Any ideas?
