If the HTML files are generated and the log files are not, chances
are something is wrong with executing rateup.exe

I can't give you a solution but maybe this helps debugging the problem.

Maybe you can put some `` print "Made it to here\n"; '' lines inside
mrtg and see *where* it fails.  Just move these lines around until
you know what fails.  If you cannot find the problem yourself at least
this may help others to help you.
