Lines are probably similar to:  Target[xyz.1]: 1:public at xyz
The databases will probably be named like xyz.1.rrd

If you change, at virtually the same moment and while MRTG is not
currently doing its job, all xyz into pqr (both in the config file
and in the database name) it should not cause problems.

If you are running MRTG in daemon mode you'll need to stop and start
MRTG for this change to take effect.
