[mrtg] hwo to use cfgmaker

Hi,
  I have installed mrtg, but i can not config it, my gateway is 202.96.210.129,
but when i run 
  ./cfgmaker --global 'WorkDir: /www/htdocs/mrtg' --global 'Options[_]: bits,growright' --output /home/mrtg/cfg/mrtg.cfg 202.96.210.129


  It display,

  --base: Get Device Info on public at 202.96.210.129:

  Then I try some other routers, such as the routers showed on www.mrtg.org, but I failed,
