Hi,

Could it be either SNMP filters, or perhaps your community name
is not "public"?

Did you try running something like "snmpwalk 202.96.210.129 public system"
to see if it says:

Timeout: No Response from 202.96.210.129

If so, probably just the wrong community, assuming there are no filters.
