Hi,

ascends have many interfaces. the physical ones and a lot of logical
wan<xxx> interfaces (e.g. wan55).

While someone is dialed in, the physical is "connected" to a logical one.
Traficcounters only work on the logical ones.

Be aware: where at the first call wan55 is used, any other number
can be seen for the next call.

To solve these odd problems, search for ascend in the list.
Numerous posts to these problems...

bye,

 Joerg Helmert

With MaxBytes set to 8000, anything over 8K is ignored... Try setting this
first to an abnormally high number (like 8000000000) Just to see if you
start getting numbers, then narrow it back down.

Let me know if it works

Subject: [mrtg] Newbie - Ascend

I just installed mrtg, ran cfgmaker, edited the cfg file and don't show any
traffic on my graphs. My router is slammed for most of the day so I should
see something. Can anyone give me any pointers?

The produced html files are located at
http://matrix.martek.net/stats/mrtg/router.html. Here is a snippet from my
cfg file:
