[mrtg] my mrtg graph is not updating..

Hi do you guys encountered mrtg graph's
not updating! and when i kill -9 id it then
restart the mrtg (perlscript) it work but when
i view it on a web browser the status won't update
it refresh every 5min. and sometimes the graph move
but it doesn't have any progress!!!
