[mrtg] Cfgmaker error

I have had this problem before but I can't recall where to fix it.

I'm running  mrtg-2.8.11-2

I run /usr/lib/mrtg/cfgmaker public at xx.xx.xxx.x

and get

Can't locate BER.pm in @INC (@INC contains:
/usr/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/5.00503
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .)
at /usr/lib/mrtg/cfgmaker line 13.
BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at /usr/lib/mrtg/cfgmaker line 13.

I know I need BER.pm but where do I get it?
