Eric,

You may want to explore Flowscan.  It's a front end for RRDTool, and can
be found at http://net.doit.wisc.edu/~plonka/FlowScan/.

It uses Cflowd, from CAIDA, http://www.caida.org/Tools/Cflowd/, and the
use of these together is specifically designed to manage netflow flows.
