Bingo.  The OID you are using is from the CISCO-ENVMON-MIB, which AFAIK
isn't supported on the Catalyst switches.
The only temp OID I've found for the Catalyst switches is in the
CISCO-STACK-MIB, chassisTempAlarm.  It will always read either a 1, 2 or 3,
which is kinda boring.  I don't know if you can get a temperature
measurement off the Cats.  (If I'm wrong, somebody please speak up!)
