yes....

What I found easiest for me (in my switch to rrdtool on a HUGE install of mrtg - 200+ cfg files
and over 4800 targets) was to do it thusly:

I have a configs (such as config.cfg). I have a target in said config (such as target).

Now, too see the page for 'target' I linked it as: 
	http://mrtg.domain.com/cgi-bin/14all.cgi?log=target&cfg=/path/to/config.cfg


This way, I was able to go through my existing pages and just change the links, rather than 
creating all sorts of cgi's and such...
