Omar,

there is a way to do this.
Presuming a unix system of some sort and a common configuration directory,
the following is working for me:

in 14all.cgi

$cfgfiledir = '/home/mrtg/config';

then for my urls, I have:

http://fqdn.domain.com/cgi-bin/14all.cgi?cfg=internet.cfg
http://fqdn.domain.com/cgi-bin/14all.cgi?cfg=cpu.cfg
